We had some in our hands to inspect and some are faked so well that we even had to check for a few minutes. For example, some came with a Unisoc CPU (chinese) but were advertised as a unit that used a Qualcomm cpu. Even universal specification checking apps showed it was a Qualcomm cpu. The cpu that was installed only supports 2GB ram; but the unit showed to have 6GB ram in the software. This was also faked so well that in various specification checking apps it showed as 6GB. So, please be advised and get your unit at a reputable source like Motivesupplies. What seems like a good deal at first might turn out completely different. You get what you pay for…
2008 BMW 1 Series E87. Upgraded from the old CCC 2008 BMW 1 Series E87. Upgraded from the old CCC / M-Ask flap screen. Huge improvement! In looks, and usability. Same story as our last E60; the cars are still so good in terms of drivability and looks. It is just the multimedia / infotainment that is not up to modern day standards. Luckily this is easily fixed using our unit! Get one yourself too! Fitting is easy.

However, the customer had an Android phone so needed Android Auto which is NOT available originally. Therefore, our Mmi was installed to integrate android auto in to the original screen. Even though it is not a factory retrofit, it does look like one considering the high quality, fast connection speeds, high resolution interface, quick response time and oem controls.
